I used to live in my own world, and think that everybody was doing as I did.
I used to think that I was quite good, but I could do better.
50% of the greenhouse gases are released by the livestock industry.
There is an island of plastic of the size of Texas in the Pacific Ocean.
I used to see snow before Christmas every year.

And now, I am here. It's not home. It will be for one year, though. And I am blown away by the habits people can have. And now I feel so radical in my acts, and feel the urge to tell everybody. I am no longer in my own world.
The Earth is not ours. It is for the next ones. It is for the others. It is useless to keep saying we can't do anything. Useless. WE are the power. WE decide. But we have to act.
Every day, you, we could do a step, a little action to help save the Earth.
You could go by foot to that appointment 5 minutes away from home.
You could put your sandwich in a lunchbox instead of a plastic bag. You could bring your own fork and knife instead of using the plastic ones.

Easy tips for being more eco-friendly:
Going vegan. Again. The meat industry is the cause of 51% of the world's greenhouse emissions. It is huge. Simply huge. Enormous. Can you imagine, just by cutting out a few "foods" from our diet, a little aciton, every day? A huge change. 50% And even by reducing only your consumption of meat and dairy. I am conscious people don't like being told something is wrong, but that is the worst thing, and you can help changing it. By now.
Going Zero Waste. You don't have to be radical, you don't have to be zero waste. I find the movement interesting, and some tips are super easy to follow without any big change in your life. You just have to be open, and keep what will work for you.
Let's talk about food again. If you are lucky enough to live in a country where there are local foods in winter, go ahead. Buy local, decide what you eat. You have the power to decide what will end up in your supermarket. Fresh and local food is so good.

It seems so easy, but so little people do that.
You could eat less dairy, use less water, less plastic, recycle.
Everyday, just by living, you could change.
You are the change, you are all, we are one.
